This obligation shall survive any termination of this agreement. Our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the services. 12. Once a yearly Website Stats subscription payment is made it is final, there will be no refunds unless our service is unavaliable for more than 60 consecutive days during your yearly subscription membership. 13. We own the data regarding visitors to your website that we collect. We will use the data in compliance with our privacy policy.
